Bryan is a great to work with. He stays in constant communication. Has a great team working with him. They helped me by replacing my bathroom and dryer vents with good quality products. They arrived on time. Cleaned up after themselves and left my yard and home looking great.

I returned from a two-week trip late at night only to find that the top floor of my house had been trashed: the blinds had been partially destroyed and there was blood all over the place. I assumed that someone had broken into my house, but it turned out, instead, that a pregnant squirrel had eaten its way into the top floor. The blood was due to the squirrel’s being ready to reproduce; one tiny baby squirrel was actually born under my dresser. All of this information came from Bo, the technician and part-owner. Bo not only handled the situation well, but also plugged up the hole through which the squirrel had entered. He did a very good job and he did it quickly, which turned out to be particularly important in this case, as the mother could have given birth to another few squirrels while under my dresser.

I contacted Advance Wildlife Removal about issues with moles and bats however they never showed up.

They said they might be able to get out to our home over the weekend but did not, no phone call, no text, zero communication about coming out or not coming out. I contacted them again Monday and set a time with them for Tuesday at 11:00am. They did not show up and again no communication from them at all. This company is not reliable, you cannot depend on them.

I recently received excellent service from AWR (Paul Smith) when I thought I had a critter issue in my attic. He responded promptly, thoroughly checked the attic, went on the roof, and inspected all areas around my home. I was happy to learn I had no pesty critters but Paul suggested a few things I could do to avoid any in the future. He returned to put better cages over my vents (5) and also removed 2 shutters so I could paint them and then returned to replace them. Paul was personable, professional, and honest. We had a raccoon tearing up our newly laid sod. One well-known company we called told us it was very difficult to trap an outside raccoon, could go on for weeks and wind up being very expensive, so we called Bryan at AWR. He came out right away, put out some traps and assured us we would catch the raccoon. He was right. We did. The very first night. To be safe, we left the traps out a few more days and wound up with a total of 2 raccoons, 2 opossums and 1 feral cat! I can’t say enough about Bryan. He’s knowledgeable, personable, interesting and professional. He’s great at communicating about your issue and solutions, and always lets you know when he’ll be by to remove trapped animals and when he’s x number of minutes out from your house. On top of it all, he’s reasonably priced. We’ll definitely call him for any future wildlife issues we might have.

Bryan did an excellent job identifying damage to my sodded lawn humanely trapping two grub eating ‘possums and three moles who had tunneled through the entire area. Brian is FANTASTIC! I called him this afternoon about a possible possum situation in my backyard. He was at my house within 10 minutes of my call and rescued 10 possums! He was gentle with them, held them up so we could take pictures, he told us cool things about them and then released them back into the wild at a local farm.
